We request a 48-hour cancellation and appointment change notice This fee offsets the unrecoverable time revenues lost associated with your appointment.
Social media messaging is not used for scheduling or cancelling and do not suffice as proper cancellation means. Excessive schedule adjustments, cancellations and missed appointments will result in loss of pre-booking privileges.
